Based on the objectives of the Arab Industrial Development, Standardization and Mining Organization, one of the specialized organizations of the League of Arab States, in following up on everything new and related to building and developing capacities and developing and raising the efficiency of human resources in the industrial and mining sector in Arab countries, and in a way that supports sustainable industrial development and in light of the focus on topics of interest to the industrial and mining sector on the one hand and working as a house of expertise for Arab countries on the other hand and with the aim of exchanging experiences between Arab countries, as the regional office in Cairo is considered one of the arms of the organization that works to enhance its role in the Arab Mashreq region due to the increase in its activities in light of the current regional and international changes and the close relationship between the organization and the General Secretariat of the League of Arab States on the one hand and the organization and its counterparts from specialized Arab and international organizations and specialized unions on the other hand, the regional office has organized activities and events with self-financing that contribute to raising the efficiency of human resources in the industrial and mining sector, in addition to being activities that enhance the role of the organization in serving Arab countries in the field of industrial development. A leading organization that achieves excellence, cooperation and coordination between Arab countries in the development and advancement of industry, mining, specifications and standards.

· Contributing to the development of the industrial sector and achieving industrial coordination and integration in Arab countries.

· Encouraging Arab industries based on creativity, innovation, knowledge and technology to enhance their competitiveness.

· Upgrading the quality infrastructure system in Arab countries to facilitate inter-Arab trade exchange.

· Contributing to the development of the mining sector in Arab countries.
