Warehouses and warehouses are considered among the most important resources that industrial institutions care about, due to the importance of warehouse management in enhancing the operational and financial performance of storage, and supplying resources while working to achieve a balance between the costs of the required service levels, due to what they represent in terms of frozen resources or funds in the form of inventories, which vary to include primary resources or final products awaiting distribution in the markets. Institutions form an integrated administration whose mission is to manage warehouses and warehouses, and its primary goal is to protect these inventories in an appropriate manner from exposure to damage or theft. Warehouse and warehouse management techniques include planning and organizing warehouses and determining the required specifications for warehouses, while choosing the method that must be applied to process inventories, which requires extreme care. Based on the role played by the Arab Industrial Development, Standardization and Mining Organization in supporting industrial and economic development in Arab countries and working to raise the competitiveness of industrial products, which requires raising the capabilities and skills of Arab human cadres in the industrial sector in all fields, and within the framework of following up on everything new and related to developing the infrastructure of the industrial sector, preparations have been made to hold this specialized workshop in the field of (modern methods for managing and controlling warehouses and stores in industrial and mining institutions).
